1) Place the camera with the lens on a strong tripod
2)Use a calibration chart as an object , which you can download easily
3)Put the camera into the Manual (M) mode.
4)Select the Center focus point
5)Select the widest aperture (f-stop) available on the lens.
6) Select low ISO
7)Take photos and confirm it is front or back focus
In Canon, you can do AF micro-adjustment for accurate focus and in Nikon, you can do fine AF FINE tuning
Still, if you are unable to do this please bring to us, we can do calibration of your camera and lens using special software.
